The Treaty of Versailles (ended WW I)

After World War II Germany was affected deeply in many different ways. They lost many pieces of land and country side. Germany was also in dept with alot of people. They had alot of dues that needed to be payed back. They were so deep in dept that they had to go into a huge depression. The Treaty of Versailles were then given to Germany. In the post war Germany had no leader jus a treaty, then a man named Hitler cam about. Germans didn't really care that he was a mean dictator at first they just needed a leader and someone to guide them through the times. Historians say that "the Treaty of Versailles led to the rise of Hitler" I think they came to that theory because Hitler didn't really care for the treaty, he just wanted the WORLD.
